Section Code 2010 : Shower valve with thermostatic temperature control
Back To Directory SectionsRange of adjustable T type thermostatic blending valves (DZR brass) with push-fit connections for use with copper, PE-X (BS7921 Part 3: 2010) and Polybutylene (NBS7921/2) pipe. Each inlet incorporates a stainless-steel strainer and an approved check valve cartridge however, the complete product has not been fully tested to demonstrate it provides backflow protection. Maximum working pressure 10.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 85°C.
Range wall mounted exposed or concealed thermostatic shower valves having brass bodies (chromium plated) or chrome plated trim sets when concealed. Flow and temperature are controlled via a thermostatic cartridge with a dome type operating member. Models supplied with a hose, shower rail and handset (Miniduo EV, Miniduo BIV, Miniduo BIR with Eco Showerhead) Maximum working pressure 5.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 45°C.
Blending thermostatic valve incorporates a brass body and a thermostatic cartridge controlling the temperature. The inlets incorporate single check valve cartridge, however, the complete assembly has not been fully tested to demonstrate that it provides adequate backflow protection. Maximum working pressure 5.5 bar. Maximum operating temperature 60°C.
Range of wall mounted thermostatic blending valves (chromium plated brass) incorporating either a 2 way ceramic disc diverter (models T, SH103X) controlling the flow to either an overhead shower or shower handset with various operating members (See model) or a quarter turn ceramic disc headwork (models VM90, & VM93) with various operating members. The temperature is controlled independently via a thermostatic cartridge incorporating a manual override button. The inlets incorporate approved check valve cartridge(s), however, the complete product has not been fully tested to demonstrate it provides backflow protection and stainless steel strainers. Maximum working pressure 5.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature is 85°C.
Thermostatic blending valve with brass body (various finishes), incorporating two push cartridges to control the water to the 2 outlets independently. The temperature is controlled also controlled independently via a thermostatic cartridge with a dome operating member incorporating a manual override button. Both inlets incorporate an approved check valve cartridge, however, the complete product has not been fully tested to demonstrate it provides backflow protection. Maximum working pressure 10.0 bar.
