Range of in-line adjustable pressure reducing valves with Nickel plated DZR brass bodies and EPDM gaskets. Maximum inlet supply pressure 16.0 bar. Outlet pressure in the range of 0.5 bar to 6.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 80°C.
Range of in-line adjustable pressure reducing valves, with DZR brass bodies and EPDM seat washers & ‘o’ rings and stainless-steel filters. Various models supplied with pressure gauge (please see model list). Maximum inlet supply pressure 16.0 bar. Outlet pressure range: 0.8-6.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 80°C.
Range of wall mounted, two hole, single outlet (fixed) mains electric or battery controlled tap assemblies (chromium plated brass) incorporating approved check valve cartridges however, the complete product has not been fully tested to demonstrate it provides backflow protection . The flow is controlled via a solenoid valve activated via an infra-red sensor. The inlet to the solenoid incorporates a stainless-steel strainer. The tap is supplied with spherical valves for both hot and cold inlets. The spout outlet incorporates a plastic aerator. Maximum working pressure 5.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 65°C.
Range of spherical valves incorporating brass bodies and balls (nickel plated), EPDM rubber ‘O’-rings, PTFE seats and red or blue coloured lever type operating members. Maximum working pressure 10.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 65°C.
Spherical valve incorporating a brass body (brushed chrome), chrome plated brass ball, ‘y’-patterned strainer, PTFE seats and single lever operating member. Maximum working pressure 10.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 85°C.
Wall mounted thermostatic bar type shower valve incorporating a ceramic cartridge headwork, with single lever operating member, which controls and diverts the flow between the two shower outlets. The temperature is controlled independently via a thermostatic cartridge with a single lever operating member which incorporates a manual override button. Both inlets incorporate a stainless-steel strainer and an approved check valve cartridge, however, the complete product has not been fully tested to demonstrate it provides backflow protection. Maximum working pressure 5.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 60°C.
Electronically controlled heat interface units (HIU) with twin stainless-steel plate heat exchangers providing space heating and instantaneous hot water. The cold inlet supply to the plate heat exchanger incorporates an isolation valve and a water hammer arrestor. The space heating circuit incorporates an expansion vessel and a pressure relief valve (set at 3.0 bar). The product is supplied with a filling loop assembly consisting of an elbow shaped copper pipe, isolation valve and double check valve assembly (suitable for backflow protection against fluid category 3) which incorporates an isolation valve. The cold mains inlet and the domestic hot water outlet each incorporate a brass bodied spherical valve with a butterfly handle. Maximum working pressures and operating temperatures: Primary: 16.0 bar and 90˚C. Domestic hot water (DHW): 10 bar and 65˚C. Secondary (space heating): 2.5 bar and 85˚C.
