The product incorporates a single check valve cartridge, verified by test (suitable for backflow protection against Fluid Category 2). The pressure relief valve is fitted with a rotary type easing gear. Maximum supply pressure 10.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 85°C.
Range of indirect heat interface units providing heating and instantaneous hot water. The hot water and space heating is provided via two separate plate heat exchangers. The space heating circuit incorporates an expansion vessel and expansion relief valve (set @ 3.0 bar). The primary circuit only is supplied with isolation valves on the flow and return. Filling loop assembly, consisting of a stainless steel braided EPDM lined flexible hose, a lever operated brass spherical valve and a DZR brass double check valve assembly that incorporates a lever operated spherical valve. Maximum working pressure 10.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 23°C.
Range of ‘right hand’ or ‘left hand’ tempering valves having a plastic body incorporating a thermostatic element. The cold inlet incorporates a single check valve cartridge, however the complete product has not been fully tested to demonstrate it provides backflow protection Maximum working pressure 3.0 bar. 502 series of automatic air venting valves with brass bodies, plastic float and EPDM ‘O’-rings. Maximum working pressure 10.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 115°C. Model added September 2021 (501500) has a maximum operating temperature of 120°C. All other models have a maximum operating temperature of 115°C.
