The glass fibre panel is manufactured by hand lay method and then factory applied, unsaturated resin gel coat is applied by brush (BR) or spray (PA). The brush gel coat is to be applied as per manufacturer's TDS ‘4100’ dated 10.10.17 and cured for 24 hours@25°C. The spray gel coat is to be applied as per manufacturer's TDS ‘4200’ dated 10.10.17 and cured for 24 hours@25°C. For use with water up to 23°C. These materials are only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Extrastrong SMC/ESF-30-10' pipe. Natural (appears pale green coloured) GRE pipe manufactured by filament winding. For use with water up to 70°C.
'Crystic LS96PA Clear Gel Coat' for use with 'Crystic 2-446 PA GRP resin'. Contact moulded GRP resin, manufactured by hand lamination, for use with off-white coloured, factory applied gel coat. Apply as per manufacturer's quick guide 'issue number 1', dated 04/06/2018. Cure for 24 hours@23°C and then 3 hours@80°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Potaglas GRP Sectional Water Tank Panel'. Grey coloured, compression moulded GRP panel. For use with water up to 85°C.
'Sung Il & GRP ENM Tank Panel'. Light grey coloured, hot pressed GRP panel. For use with water up to 50°C.
'Pipeco Korea Tank Panel'. Light grey coloured, hot pressed GRP panel. For use with water up to 50°C.
'Chemglass GRP Ladder'. Grey coloured GRP ladder manufactured by pultrusion. For use with water up to 23°C. In February 2023 'Chemglass Grey GRP X profile' was added to the approval. Grey coloured, 'X Profile' manufactured by pultrusion. For use with water up to 23°C.
'Samsung Tank Panel'. Beige coloured, compression moulded GRP tank panel. For use with water up to 23°C.
'Sangwon GRP Water Tank Panel'. Light grey coloured, hot pressed GRP panel. For use with water up to 50°C.
'Myungjin GRP Water Tank Panel'. Light grey coloured, hot pressed GRP panel. For use with water up to 50°C.
'FINETANK GRP Panel'. Grey coloured, hot press moulded GRP panel. For use with water up to 55°C.
'Devi Flosto GRP (SMC) Hot Press Moulded Tank Panels' (manufactured from SMC 523/35). Grey coloured, hot press moulded GRP panels with a thickness of between 3.0mm & 16.0mm. For use with water up to 23°C.
'Chemglass GRP Grating (Green)'. Green coloured, GRP grating manufactured by woven open-moulding. For use with water up to 23°C.
'Wavistrong EWT Series Pipe'. Yellow/beige coloured, glass fibre reinforced epoxy pipe manufactured using filament (helical) winding. For use with water up to 85°C.
'ELEC GRP Pipe A'. Brown coloured GRP pipe manufactured by filament winding. For use with water up to 23°C.
