The valve is fitted with hand operated rotating easing gear. Maximum working pressure is the same as the pre-set pressure (see model). Maximum operating temperature 85°C.
Range of pre-set pressure relief valves with gunmetal bodies, silicon diaphragms, and PTFE seat washers. Pre-set relief pressures: 0.3 bar to 10.5 bar. Maximum operating temperature 95°C.
Range of factory pre-set, pressure relief valves with gunmetal bodies, incorporating viton ‘O’-rings, seat seals and chrome vanadium steel springs. Maximum working pressure varies by model and spring: Fig 500L: White spring: 0.4 bar to 0.6 bar. Red spring: 1.0 bar to 1.3 bar for DN15 to DN25, 0.7 bar to 1.3 bar for DN32 to DN50 Yellow spring: 1.4 bar to 2.6 bar. Green spring: 2.7 bar to 4.0 bar. Fig 542L: White spring: 0.3 bar to 0.4 bar. Red spring: 1.0 bar for DN15 to DN25 and 0.5 bar to 1.0 bar for DN32 to DN50. Yellow spring: 1.1 bar to 2.1 bar. Green spring: 2.2 bar to 3.2 bar. Maximum operating temperature 95˚C.
Pressure relief valve (pre-set at 3.0 bar) with a brass body. The valve incorporates a manually operated easing gear. Maximum operating temperature 110°C.
