Mix and apply a second coat in the same way and then cure for 14 days@25°C. For use with water up to 23°C. Mix Part A (grey liquid) with Part B (amber liquid) in a volume ratio of 1:1 and apply as per manufacturer's 'General Method Statement, DOW WATERPOTABLE 500, Edition 1 07/23'. Cure for 24 hours@7°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Vorastar™ 5342WP Polyol and 'Vorastar™ 5342WP prepolymer'. Site applied, cream coloured (once mixed), two-component urethane based coating. ‘Acothane DW Cream, Acothane DW Blue & Acothane DW Grey’ site applied, two-part polyurethane coatings to be used with or without ‘Acothane LV’ polyurethane sealer. ‘Acothane LV’ (base coat) and ‘Acothane DW Cream’ (base or middle coat) are approved for use as non-water contact coats. ‘Acothane DW Blue & Acothane DW Grey’ are approved as water-contact coats and may be used alone or as the water contact coat in any of the following combinations: Acothane DW LV Sealer/ Acothane DW Cream/ Acothane DW Blue. Mix Part A & Part B of Acothane DW Cream in a weight ratio of 100:31, apply as per TDS ‘06ADW’, issue ‘2’, dated December 2022 and then cure for 4 hours@3°C before applying blue or grey water contact coat. Mix Part A & Part B of Acothane DW Blue/Grey in a weight ratio of 100:31, apply as per TDS ‘06ADW’, issue ‘2’, dated December 2022 and then cure for 7 days@3°C. For use with water up to 23°C. These materials are only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Interline 925P Light Grey & Interline 925P Off White'. Site applied, two component epoxy coatings.
