‘Purethane® NXT’. Factory applied, two-component, natural (appears off-white) polyurethane coating. Mix resin and activator in a 2.5:1 volume ratio and apply as per manufacturer’s instructions 'APP-CA-NXT-Rev 03' dated 01.04.2017. Cure for 7 days@23°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Euronavy Engineering EW0100'. Factory applied, two-pack white coloured (once mixed) epoxy coating. Mix and apply as per manufacturer's TDS edition 'February 2023'. Cure for 7 days@22°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'SIGMALINE 855 (11) Blue'. Factory applied, blue coloured, two-component polyurethane coating. Mix and apply as per manufacturer's Product Data Sheet dated 'November 8, 2022'. Cure for 12 hours@20°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Sheraplex Blue, Black, Green & Silver'. Factory applied, organic resin coating system, consisting of a primer and 'Delta Seal' topcoat (available in blue, black, green and silver colours). Apply one coat of primer (as per instructions: WI.BMC.W02 Issue 2 - February 2005) and cure for 2 and ½ hours at 380°C. Then apply a passivation layer through immersion for 15 minutes at 76-99°C (as per instructions: WI.BMC.W06 Issue 1 August 2004). Apply 1 topcoat of 'Delta Seal' (as per instructions WI.BMC.W01A Issue 2 August 2010) and cure for 20 minutes at 200°C. All are for use with water up to 23°C. 'CSJX53-2 Red'. Factory applied, red coloured polyacrylic resin coating. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions file no. ‘CSJ-0016-1’, version no. ‘A1’, dated 2016.10.12. Cure for 50 minutes@25°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
‘Primer coating Spu‐221(A) & Spu‐221(B)’ for use with ‘Top coating: Spu‐222(A) & Spu‐222(B)’. Factory applied, grey coloured (once mixed) Acrylic Polyurethane primer & coating. Mix parts A and B of the primer in a 4:1 volume ratio and apply as per manufacturer’s instructions dated 5th May 2018. Cure for 48 hours@25°C. Mix parts A and B of the topcoat in a 4:2 volume ratio and apply as per manufacturer’s instructions dated 5th May 2018. Cure for 48 hours@25°C. For use with water up to 40°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. ‘FIBER TECH 82’. Factory applied, natural (appears dark yellow) fibreglass resin. Spray apply as per manufacturer’s Method Statement Ref ‘PP-GRP-092021-R1’, dated ‘21 Sept 2020’. Cure for 72 hours@25°C. For use with water up to 40°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'JM 9-2910'. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy powder coating. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions 'edition no.1', issue date 2012-8-5. Cure for 15 minutes@180°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'HEMPADUR 85671 System'. Factory applied epoxy coating system comprising of a pink base coat (50900), light green middle coat (42070), and pink top coat (50900 - water contact). Each coat comprises of a base and curing agent to be mixed in a 8.8:1.2 volume ratio before applying in accordance with manufacturer's PDS dated January 2023. Cure each coat for 7 days@20°C and then 20 hours@40°C. For use with water up to 30°C.
'VPC5009 Potable FBE'. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy powder coating. Pre-heat substrate at 200°C and then apply by dipping in a fluidised bed as per manufacturer's instructions dated 10th January 2019. Cure for 15 minutes@200°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
‘Pentens SPU-1000 Pure Polyurea Waterproofing Spray Coating (with Pentens E-500SE Primer and Pentens E- 501S Sealer)’. Factory applied, dark yellow coloured (once applied) polyurea primer, sealer & top coat. Mix primer in a 1:1 weight ratio and apply as per PDS v. '2017/02/24'. Cure for 8 hours@25°C. Mix sealer in a 2:1 weight ratio and apply as per PDS v. '2017/02/24'. Cure for 8 hours@25°C. Mix topcoat in a 1.125:1 weight ratio and apply as per PDS v. '2017/02/24'. Cure for 72 hours@25°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Epilux Solvent Free DW Coating Grey and Red'. Factory applied, light grey or red coloured epoxy coatings. Apply as per manufacturer's data sheet number '558', revision '04', dated October 2022. Cure for 7 days@30°C. For use with water up to 30°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'JSGL-OPC (N)'. Factory applied, grey coloured Ordinary Portland Cement. Mix and apply as per manufacturer's work instructions 'JSGL/WI/14', issue '02', revision '00', dated '29.09.2018'. Cure for 4 hours@45°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Ascent-01'. Factory applied, grey coloured, Portland cement mortar. Mix sand, cement and water in a weight ratio of 1:1:0.35 and apply as per manufacturer's user instructions 'doc: Ascent-01', 'vision: A08052023', dated '2023-05-08'. Cure for 24 hours@25°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'SYM-218'. Factory applied, grey coloured, two-part epoxy coating. Mix parts A & B in a 4.3:1 ratio and apply as per manufacturer's TDS 'XYJSMS001' dated '2023-01-10'. Cure for 168 hours@23°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
KARUMEL EX4413-F103. Factory applied, fusion bonded, epoxy powder coating available in blue or red. Apply and cure in accordance with 'Application Guide KARUMEL EX4413-F103', issue 'KCSA-230201', dated February 2023, (curing as per Section 3.6). For use with water up to 85°C.
'SGPAM-CN-WB01'. Factory applied, blue coloured water based coating. Apply as per manufacturer's TDS 'PAMPIPE-TDC-WA04', version '4', dated '16/11/2022'. Cure for 30 minutes@50°C. For use with water up to 23°C. If the curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'TYSN-01'. Factory applied, grey coloured cement. Mix sand, water & cement in a 1.5:1.0:1.0 weight ratio and apply as per manufacturer's instructions file number 'GB1752023', edition 'A0', dated '2023-06-11'. Cure for 24 hours at 25°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Ductan 087'. Factory applied, bright blue coloured, modified PE powder coating. Apply as per manufacturer’s application guidance document ‘issue 1’, dated 3rd August 2018. No curing is required. For use with water up to 60°C.
'CORROPOXY-FGE400'. Factory applied, red coloured, two-component epoxy coating. Mix and apply as per manufacturer's Application Procedures 'CPE/ FGE-400/Procd. /02', 'issue no - 03', dated '12.05.2022'. Cure for 30 minutes@45°C. For use with water up to 45°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'AYYTCM-01'. Factory applied, grey coloured cement mortar. Mix cement:sand:water in a 1:3.0:0.4 weight ratio and apply as per MSDS '20170508A1'. Air cure for 4 hours@23°C and the steam cure for 6 hours@60°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
Luberpox – 2K – DS-Lackfarbe IV80, Wilo Grün nach Muster/IW80 Hardener (green coloured) & Luberpox – 2K – DS-Lackfarbe IV80, RAL 9011 Graphitschwarz/IW80 Hardener (black coloured). Factory applied epoxy coatings. Mix in a 5:1 weight ratio and apply as per Berger-Lacke Technical Data Sheet (rev. 41-06.11.2023). Cure for 7 days at 22°C. For use with water up to 23°C. These materials are only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
'RTU AL 5002'. Factory applied, blue coloured enamel coating. Apply as per manufacturer's TDS 'TDS/05002', version '09-2023' and fire for 7 minutes@860°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'LZYX002'. Factory applied, grey coloured cement mortar. Mix cement:sand:water in a 1:3.0:0.4 weight ratio and apply as per Instruction Sheet '201 8 07 0', revision 'A2'. Air cure for 4 hours@23°C and the steam cure for 6 hours@60°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
‘LUBERPOX-2K-DS-Lackfarbe, Verkehrsblau IV80517’ & ‘LUBERPOX-2K-DS-Lackfarbe, Signalblau, IV80505’. Factory applied, blue coloured, two-component epoxy coatings. Mix and apply in accordance with Technical Data Sheet rev. 37 dated 25.05.2020 . Cure for 7 days@23°C. For use with water up to 65°C. These materials are only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
‘LUBERPOX-2K-DS-Lackfarbe, Verkehrsblau IV80517’ & ‘LUBERPOX-2K-DS-Lackfarbe, Signalblau, IV80505’. Factory applied, blue coloured, two-component epoxy coatings. Harden for 24 hours@23°C. For use with water up to 60°C. These materials are only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
'RAX Cement Mortar'. Factory applied, grey coloured cement mortar. Mix cement:sand:water in a 1:1.5:0.6 weight ratio and apply as per manufacturer's work instructions 'WI-PRD-08', rev. '00', dated '01.02.2023'. Cure for 24 hours@28°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Valcoat Blue'. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy coating. Pre-heat the substrate and apply as per manufacturer's TDS with issue '01.04.2023'. Post-cure for 5-7 minutes@180°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'TM-cement-01'. Factory applied, grey coloured cement. Mix sand/cement/water in a weight ratio of 1.7:1.0:0.74 and apply as per manufacturer's instructions 'TM20231122-A0', dated 2023-11-22. Cure for 6 hours@25°C (±2°C). For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'JDFF epoxy powder coating’. Factory applied, blue coloured fusion bonded epoxy coating. Apply as per manufacturer`s instructions (Procedure #: Pc-01-3, Work Instruction #: JDFF WI-Pc-01-3-1, Revision #: 2, Issue #: 5, date: 10-01-2023). Cure for 2½ minutes at 232°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Cleantech PW'. Factory applied, two-component, red coloured epoxy coating. Mix component A and component B in a volume ratio of 3:1 and apply as per manufacturer's product data sheet 'CCPL/TDS/R11/CRC/17-18/04/R6/spray'. Cure for 7 days@27°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'Pipeclad 704G'. Factory applied, green coloured fusion bonded epoxy powder coating. Apply as per manufacturer's Product Information '704G_TDS', revised 'August 16,2022'. Post-cure for 12 minutes@232°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the post-curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the post-cure conditions are varied from those specified then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'KAJ1207'. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy coating. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions reference 'XA12312', dated 26/12/2022. Cure for 15 minutes@220°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'AL035P Interpon 100 Gloss Light Grey'. Factory applied, light grey coloured epoxy coating. Apply as per manufacturer's Product Data Sheet 'Interpon 100 -AL035P - Issue #01', revision date '20.07.2021'. Cure for 10 minutes@180°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'CY7000 Blue'. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy coating. Apply as per manufacturer's instruction manual 'YS-QNS-WZBC-2021W', dated 'May 20, 2021'. Cure for 15 minutes@180°C. For use with water up to 40°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'C21 Dyopox PTW White'. Factory applied, two-part, creamy white coloured epoxy resin coating. Mix base and hardener in a mass ratio of 4:1 and apply as per manufacturer's TDS dated '2011'. Cure for 7 days@23°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. ‘Klubertop TP 38-901’. Site applied, (transparent) white coloured PTFE lubricant coating. Apply and cure as per Kluber Lubrication product information sheet ‘Prod. 099030, en-GB, Edition 12.05.2022’. For use with water up to 85°C.
'68093X'. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy powder coating. Apply per manufacturer's instructions 'V2.3' dated March 2018. Cure for 20 minutes@200°C For use with water up to 85°C. 'Kinlin Epoxy Power Coating (Green colour, EPX‐111A)'. Factory applied, green coloured epoxy powder coating. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions 'XL-R-019-G1' dated '2018-9-21'. Cure for 10 minutes@180°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'Relithane 151. Factory applied, brown coloured, two-component Polyurethane coating. Mix base and hardener in a 2.5:1 ratio and apply as per manufacturer's 'Standard Operating Procedure & Guidelines, Revision 2, 157/2022' dated 12th October 2022. Cure for 40 seconds@35°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Pentaline 1000 HT Red'. Factory applied, red coloured (once mixed), two-component epoxy coating. Mix base and hardener in a volume ratio of 3:1 and apply as per manufacturer's instructions 'Chembur R&D/PI/23/02' dated 28/12/2023. Cure for 7 days@30°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'G52-06 Quick-drying type Black High Chlorinated Polyethylene Anticorrosive Coating'. Factory applied, black coloured polyethylene coating.
