'CPT CML Variation No.2 cementitious mortar’ for use with ‘Conplast RP264 Admixture'. Site applied, grey coloured (once mixed) cementitious mortar and admixture. 'CPT CML Variation No.2 cementitious mortar’ comprises of cement, sand and Microsilica. Mix cement and sand dry in a 1:1.1 mass ratio. Add the microsilica in a 1:0.05 mass ratio with the cement content. Add water in a cement/water mass ratio of 1:0.32. Add the admixture in an admixture/ cement ratio of 8ml:1000g. Mix rigorously until an even consistency is achieved and apply as per manufacturer’s instructions reference ‘2328’, dated 13/01/2023. Cure for 28 days@ between 10°C and 35°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'A/W AQUA (A) Epoxy 100'. Site applied, pale straw coloured epoxy/linseed oil waterproof coating. Apply as per manufacturer's Technical Document 'FSQP-707-05' dated '2021.01.04'. Cure for 6 hours under UV light (wavelength 365μm) at a distance of 150mm. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
‘MasterProtect® 180’. Site applied, grey coloured, two-component epoxy coating consisting of Part A (grey coloured liquid) and Part B (colourless liquid). Mix Part A and Part B in a mass ratio of 87:13 and apply as per manufacturer's TDS 'MBS_CC-UAE/Pr_180/ /03_23'. Cure coat 1 for 36 hours@20°C. Cure coat 2 for 21 days@20°C. For use with water up to 40°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Maxline 100 Potable Water Coating Blue & Grey'. Site applied, two-component polyurethane coatings which are available in blue or grey colours (once mixed). Mix Part A (blue or grey opaque liquid) with Part B (amber, translucent liquid) in a 100:30.5 weight ratio and apply as per manufacturer's technical data sheet 'TDSMLI100.rv5.04042023'. Cure for 14 days@7°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
