Cure for 10 minutes@200°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing & curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Vastcoat MT'. Factory applied, blue coloured thermoplastic powder coating. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions 'Issue number 02000202710' dated 20.02.2020. Cure for 10 minutes@200°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'JA-Blue'. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy powder coating. Apply and cure as per manufacturer's instructions issued March 2017, V4.1. For use with water up to 85°C.
‘Promag’. Factory applied coating system, black coloured, consisting of two component primer and three component polyurethane top coat. Mix primer in a ratio 2:1 by weight (component A:B), apply and cure for 2 hours at 23°C, then mix topcoat in a ratio 100:5.6:2.4 by weight (component A:B:C) before applying and curing for 20 seconds at 23°C. This approval covers the following manufacturing sites: France and China. For use with water up to 23°C.
'EP-621'. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy powder coating. Apply and cure as per manufacturer's instructions file no: 'TJR-QM-CO-032', 'edition A1' dated '2021-Feb.-26th'. For use with water up to 65°C.
'HEMPADUR 35600 Cream and Red'. Factory applied, cream or red coloured (when mixed), two-component epoxy coatings consisting of a base and curing agent. Mix the base and curing agent in a 14.8:5.2 volume ratio. Cure for 8 days@25°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
`Jin Dapeng WEY-Black, WEY-Red & WEY-Blue`. Factory applied epoxy coatings. Apply and cure as per manufacturer's instructions 'version no: JDP2015-01' dated 24th November 2015. For use with water up to 85°C.
'Ever-Blue'. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy powder coating. Apply as per manufacturer's TDS '20200801 A1'. Cure for 10 minutes@200°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Balinit DLC-Star.' Factory applied, grey coloured CrN + a-C:H coating. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions reference 'VS200295' dated 18.03.2021. Cure for 6 hours@200°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
`BFSC MAS S&MDN 20`. Factory applied, grey coloured, blast furnace slag cement mortar. Mix sand and cement in a mass ratio of 2.35:1. Add water to give a mass ratio of 1:0.45 (cement:water). Cure first time for 7 hours@70°C. Cure second time for 12 hours@70°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
