Apply as per manufacturer's IFU 'Doc/PFC/710', revision 1, for 3 minutes at a metal temperature of @220°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the application conditions that appear on the approval. If the application conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'PROTECSOB BEC3'. Factory applied, mustard coloured (once mixed), two-component epoxy coating. Mix parts A & B in a 3:1 volume ratio and apply as per manufacturer's TDS reference '28712'. Cure for 15 hours@70°C. For use with water up to 70°C. From December 2023 the coating is for use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
‘FLOGUL® 656 Bleu 5005’. Factory applied, blue coloured VOC paint. Apply as per manufacturer’s TDS dated ‘06/04/2022’. Cure for 7 days@20°C. For use with water up to 60°C.
‘R-4401, E-44131, E-4413, E-4414, E-4420, E440001, E441001, E440002, E441002, E-5402, E-5403, E-5404, E540001. E541001, E540002, E540003, E541003 & E440007’. Factory applied, grey-blue coloured enamel coatings. Apply as per manufacturer’s instructions ‘issue 02/2016’ dated 05.10.2016. Cure for 6 minutes@840°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Apcoguard SF156'. Factory applied, grey coloured, two-component solvent-free epoxy coating. Mix base and hardener in a 3:1 volume ratio and apply as per manufacturer's Application Guidelines 'APPPG/SF156/001', dated 'Aug-2017'. Cure for 7 days@25°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
