In line isolation valve with DZR brass body, DZR brass ball (chrome plated), and an EPDM inlet washer. The product incorporates two approved check valve cartridges, one either side of the spherical valve, verified by test (suitable for backflow protection against Fluid Category 3). Maximum working pressure 16.0 bar. BS6920 85°C.
Range of quarter turn, lever handle operated spherical valves with nickel plated brass bodies, chrome plated brass balls and PTFE seals. For use with copper pipe BS EN 1057. Maximum working pressure 25.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 85°C.
Range of spherical valves incorporating DZR brass (CORE 171 AC) or nickel-plated brass (CORE 800 ) bodies and chromium plated brass balls. For use with copper to BS EN 1057. Maximum working pressure 25.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 85°C.
Range of in-line lever or screwdriver operated spherical valves with DZR brass bodies (nickel plated) and brass balls (chromium plated), EPDM ‘O’-rings and PTFE seats. The ball can incorporate a plastic flow regulator, or a stainless-steel strainer (within a plastic housing) inserted through the side port. Compression models are for use with copper pipe (manufactured to EN 1057). Maximum working pressure 16.0 bar. Maximum operating temperatures: Spherical valves only and those incorporating a stainless-steel strainer: 85°C. Spherical valves incorporating a plastic flow regulator: 60°C.
