‘SIKALASTIC-836 DW & SIKAFLOOR 150’. Factory applied, off-white coloured (once mixed and applied), two-part polyurea coating system. ‘SIKAFLOOR 150’ is a two-component epoxy primer which is to be mixed in a 74:26 weight ratio and applied in accordance with manufacturer’s Product Data Sheet version ‘8’, dated May 2022. ‘SIKALASTIC-836 DW’ is a two-component polyurea coating which is to be mixed in a 1:1 volume ratio and applied in accordance with manufacturer’s Product Data Sheet version ’03.0’, dated January 2021. Cure for 24 hours at 25°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Eurokote® 448 Bleu 5005 & Eurokote® 448 Bleu 5002'. Factory applied, blue coloured, two-part epoxy coatings consisting of a resin and hardener. Mix resin and hardener in a 1:1 volume ratio and apply as per manufacturer's technical data sheet version dated '29/08/17'. Cure for 7 days@20°C. For use with water up to 23°C. Cure for 20 minutes@180°C. For use with water up to 50°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'Primgreen LAT 12035 & Unbrako wiscoat polyamide 11, ESY Blue 7265' coating system. Factory applied, blue coloured, polyamide powder coating system. 'Apcoflor MFP 140 Primer and Smartcare Polyurea PW Coating'. Factory applied, grey coloured (once mixed), two-component primer (non-water contact primer) and two-component coating (water contact coating). Mix Apcoflor MFP 140 Primer in a 1:1 mix ratio and apply as per Product Data Sheet ‘Version ‘0’, dated ‘Aug.2007’. Cure for 2 hours@25°C. Then mix and apply Smartcare Polyurea PW Coating as per Product Data Sheet ‘V01’, dated ‘8/2022’. Cure for 1 minute@25°C. For use with water up to 85°C. 'Endoprene 888.56'. Factory applied, beige coloured, two-part PU coating. Mix Parts A & B in a 75:25 volume ratio and apply as per Technical Data Sheet dated 09/12/2020. Cure for 8 days@20°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'Resicoat PI (HKH01R)'. Factory applied, green coloured epoxy powder coating. Pre-heat the substrate to 180°C and apply and cure in accordance with Product Datasheet dated August 11, 2022. Post-cure for 30 minutes@230°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the pre-heat and post-cure conditions that appear on the approval. If the pre-heat and/or post-cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'EP200 & POLYDECK WRAS'. Factory applied, cream coloured (once mixed and applied), two-part polyurea coating system. 'EP200’ is a two-component epoxy primer which is to be mixed in a 2:1 weight ratio and applied in accordance with manufacturer’s TDS dated ’25 August 2017’. ‘POLYDECK WRAS' is a two-component polyurea coating which is to be mixed in a 1:1 ratio and applied in accordance with manufacturer’s TDS revision date ’01-2020’. Cure for 15 hours@70°C. For use with water up to 70°C. From December 2023 the coating is for use with water up to 85°C. 'SGPAM-CN-WB01 - Black'. Factory applied, black coloured water based coating. Apply as per manufacturer's Technical Data Sheet 'PAMPIPE-TDC-WA04'. Cure for 30 min at 50°C plus 7 days at 23°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'CEC-GFS Enamel, Black Blue RAL5004'. Factory applied, blue/black (appears black) coloured, enamel coating. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions 'ZZ-Ins001', dated '2021.01.01'. GFS-G base glaze: dry for 15 Minutes at 200°C then fire for 12 minutes at 870ºC. GFS-S surface glaze: dry for 15 Minutes at 200°C then fire for 10 minutes at 830ºC. For use with water up to 85°C.
