Apply as per manufacturer’s technical data sheet dated 18/03/2021 (3rd revision) and cure for 48 hours@20°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'Promag'. Factory applied, black coloured (once mixed), polyurethane primer and topcoat manufactured in Suzhou, China. Mix components A & B of the primer in a 1:2 mass ratio and apply as per manufacturer's instructions dated '13-01-2022' Cure for 2 hours@23°C. Mix components A, B & C of the topcoat in a 92.59%:5.19%:2.22% volume ratio and apply as per manufacturer's instructions dated '13-01-2022'. Cure for 20 seconds@23°C. For use with water up to 23°C. 'V- SRPC Portland Cement'. Factory applied, grey coloured Portland Cement. Mixx Sand:water:cement in a weight ratio of 0.6:1.0:0.22. Cure for 96 hours@26°C and then 576 hours@32°C. For use with water up to 65°C.
'Tecnocoat P-2049'. Factory applied, two component, grey coloured polyurea coating. Mix components A & B in a weight ratio of 1:1 and apply as per manufacturer's TDS 'v. 20-03-2022'. Cure for 48 hours@23°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing, curing & soaking conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix/cure/soak conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Relipoxy 342 Food Grade Epoxy Coating'. Factory applied, brown-red coloured epoxy coating. Apply as per manufacturer's 'Standard Operating Procedure & Guidelines' issue number '116/2021' dated 15th Feb 2021. Cure for 24 hours@30°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'Apcoguard SF 157'. Factory applied, grey coloured, two-component epoxy coating. Mix in a 3:1 volume ratio. Apply as per manufacturer's Application Guidelines 'APPPG/SF157/001' dated 'Jan-2021'. `3M™ Scotchkote™ Fusion-Bonded Epoxy Coating 134`. Factory applied, green coloured, epoxy coating. Pre-heat substrate to 232°C, before dip coating as per manufacturer’s data sheet and application guide ‘78-8141-8528-2 Rev A’ dated February 2016, for 3 seconds. Cure for 10 minutes at 232°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the application and curing conditions that appear on the approval. Factory applied, cream coloured (once mixed and applied), coating system comprising of ‘Polyglass VEF’, two-component glassflake vinyl ester undercoat and ‘Fluiglide’, two-component polyester topcoat. Mix and apply ‘Polyglass VEF’ in accordance with Corrocoat ‘product reference 2/23’ dated ‘5th June 2007’ and last reviewed ‘March 2022’. Cure for 24 hrs@20°C (±1°C). Mix and apply ‘Fluiglide’ in accordance with Corrocoat ‘product reference ‘4/01’, valid from ‘23rd October 1995’ and last reviewed ‘March 2022’. Pre-heat the substrate to 250°C and then apply the coating at a temperature of 160°C as per manufacturer's product specification 'QY031E-01' dated '2022-3-23'. Cure for 10 minutes@180°C. 'Ya-Coat Amiantit (SADIP)'. Factory applied, two-component, green coloured (once mixed and applied) PU coating. 'Eurokote® 48-20'. Factory applied, blue coloured, two component epoxy coating consisting of a resin and hardener. Mix resin and hardener in a mass ratio of 68:32 and apply as per manufacturer's TDS dated 10/12/2018. Cure for 24 hours@20°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'MS 1555'. Factory applied, dark blue/grey coloured vitreous enamel coating. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions 'I.PBE.06.04' dated November 22, 2021 and 'TPE.09.056.02' dated August 19, 2014. 'Versathane'. Site applied, two-component, grey coloured (once mixed) polyurethane coating. Cure for 4 hours@7°C. Mix and apply Coat 2 using the same mix ratio and application instructions and then cure for 14 days@7°C. For use with water up to 23°C. 'SADIP-Mix'. Factory applied, grey coloured cement mortar. Mix sand, cement & water in a mix ratio of 2:1:0.5 and apply as per manufacturer's 'quality work instruction' document 'QW 41A', issue 4 dated 20/11/97. Cure for 24 hours@25°C. The cement mortar must then be submerged in water for 72 hours before use. For use with water up to 60°C. 'Deep Seal'. Factory applied, red-brown coloured (once mixed and applied), two-part polyurethane coating. Mix, apply and cure (full cure of 7 days@30°C) as per manufacturer's instructions ref. 'DI/PU/2022/072', dated 25/04/2022. For use with water up to 35°C.
'JDP21GEY‐5005, JDP21GEY‐5015 & JDP21GEY‐5017'. Factory applied, blue coloured, epoxy powder coatings. Apply as per manufacturer's Technical Data Sheet 'version 1.0', dated 15/02/2022. Cure for 20 minutes@180°C. For use with water up to 85°C. These materials are only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Purtop Easy DW'. Factory applied, two-component, cream coloured (once mixed and applied) polyurethane resin coating. Mix components A & B in a 4:1 volume ratio and apply as per manufacturer's TDS '7483-7-2021-I-gb'. Cure for 6 hours@23°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
