Back To Directory Sections'Luberpox-2K-DS-Lackfarbe IV80502 / IW 80 (Hardener) Blue Epoxy Coating'. Factory applied, blue coloured, two-component epoxy coating. Mix and apply in accordance with Technical Data Sheet rev. 37 dated 25.05.2020 . Cure for 7 days@23°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'MORAPOX-WP'. Factory applied, two-part, red coloured epoxy coating comprising of a paint and hardener. Mix paint and hardener in a 2:1 volume ratio. Cure for 7 days@23°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Conpipe Portland Cement Mortar NEN-EN 197-1 CEM II / A-LL 32,5 R'. Factory applied, grey coloured cementitious mortar lining. Mix cement and sand in a 1:1.1 mass ratio. Add water to cement in a mass ratio of 0.3-0.4. Cure for 28 days@20°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing & curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Conpipe Portland Cement Mortar NEN-EN 197-1 CEM I 42,5 N'. Factory applied, grey coloured cementitious mortar lining. Mix cement and sand in a 1:1.1 mass ratio. Add water to cement in a mass ratio of 0.3-0.4. Cure for 28 days@20°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing & curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'JH C01'. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy powder coating. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions 'V7.2' issued January 2018. Cure for 15 minutes@200°C. For use with water up to 85°C.
'Polyglass VEF'. Factory applied, cream coloured, vinyl ester coating. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions '2/23 A' last reviewed July 2020. Cure for 7 days@21°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Excellube G300'. Factory applied, grey coloured PTFE coating. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions 'revision No:1' dated 15/10/2020. Cure for 20 minutes@240°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'YS-01 Powder Coating'. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy powder coating. Apply as per manufacturer's instruction document 'HJ-Q-SOP-05' dated 2020-1-10. Cure for 10 minutes@200°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'MS1545A Enamel Coating'. Factory applied, blue coloured enamel coating. Apply as per document reference 'WRAS-sample-0001' dated 29.10.2020. Cure for 19 minutes (14 minutes in burner zone) @860°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'XX-CM1'. Factory applied, grey coloured cement mortar. Mix and apply as per manufacturer's safety data sheet 'A1: 26-01-2020'. Cure for 5 hours@30°C and then steam cure for 6 hours@30°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
