‘KUBOTA SEAL AC’. Factory applied, colourless acrylic resin coating. Apply as per manufacturer’s instructions ‘ref. no. 65700H-2.3’ dated 'Mar. 14.2017'. Cure for 7 days@27°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
‘V-PET#1600 Gray F’. Factory applied, dark grey coloured epoxy resin powder coating. Apply as per manufacturer’s instructions ‘ref.no. VP1600-PD-170412’, dated '12th April 2017'. Cure for 10 minutes@200°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'5013 High chlorinated polyethylene anticorrosive coating'. Factory applied, blue coloured polyethylene coating. Apply as per manufacturer's TDS/IFU number '001', dated '2022.11.30'. Cure for 24 hours@23°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
Factory applied, grey coloured blast furnace slag cements. ‘BFSC PAM MDN 1’. Mix water, sand, admixture & cement in a mass ratio of 0.33:2.35:0.0080:1 and apply as per manufacturer’s instructions ‘CE 7M’, dated ‘25/08/15’. Cure for 7 hours@70°C. For use with water up to 60°C. BFSC PAM GDN 1’. Mix water, sand, admixture & cement in a mass ratio of 0.33:2.84:0.0065:1 and apply as per manufacturer’s instructions ‘CE 8M/-3A’, dated ‘25/08/15’. Cure for 7 hours@70°C. 'GCF-SRC'. Factory applied, grey coloured cement mortar. Mix sand, cement and water in a ratio of 4:2:1 and apply as per manufacturer's instructions 'QC-WI-8.1.8, revision 2/0, issue date 30/10/2021'. Cure for 28 days@24°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the mixing & curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Titanseal 989'. Site applied, two-component, grey coloured (once mixed) polyurethane coating. Mix the grey coloured (opaque) base coating with the amber coloured hardener in a 3:1 volume ratio and apply Coat 1 as per manufacturer's application instructions dated '09.03.2018'. Cure for 4 hours@7°C. Mix and apply Coat 2 using the same mix ratio and application instructions and then cure for 14 days@7°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Epilux QD DW Coating - Blue'. Factory applied, blue coloured, two-component epoxy coating. Mix Base and Catalyst in a 3:1 volume ratio and apply as per manufacturer's 'Product Information Data Sheet No: 780', 'Revision: 00', 'Issue Date Feb-22'. Cure for 7 days@30°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Epoxy PB Pipe Green (W) & Epoxy FB Pipe Green (HW)'. Factory applied, green coloured epoxy powder coatings. The substrate to which the coating is to be applied is pre-heated to 220˚C for 15 minutes before applying the coating as per product data sheet dated '27th June 2023'. Post-cure for 15 minutes@215°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the pre-heat and post-cure conditions that appear on the approval. If the pre-heat and/or post-cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Versapox PW'. Factory applied, grey coloured, two component solvent free epoxy coating. Mix base and curing agent in a 3:1 volume ratio and apply as per manufacturer's product data sheet 'issue No. 01', dated 'Jan 2022'. Cure for 10 days@20°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
‘PULRON 101 AQUA’. Factory applied, green coloured polyethylene coating. Apply a single coat (200μm thickness) as per manufacturer's instructions 'ELS.TT.C01.40', 'Rev00', dated '13.06.2023', Cure for 10 minutes at 200°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.

'RF (Riyadh Foundry)'. Factory applied, grey coloured cement. Mix cement, sand and water in a 1:1.5:0.6 weight ratio and apply as per manufacturer's work instruction 'WI.PR.07', revision '01/01/', dated '16.02.2022'.. Cure for 3 hours@25°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'HKUST002'. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy coating. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions 'HKUST002101001', '01', dated '03/11/2020'. Cure for 168 hours@25°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Electrocoat EP812 Blue'. Factory applied, blue coloured, two-part epoxy coating consisting of a base and hardener. Mix base and hardener in a volume ratio of 3:1 and apply as per manufacturer's data sheet 'ECL / TDS / EP 812 - BLUE, RAL 5017', issue date '12-Jan-13', version '03', revision date '25-Sept-14'. Cure for 1 hour@60°C followed by 7 days@28°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'EPW-6575S8T-20 Epoxy RAL 5005'. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy powder coating. Apply as per manufacturer's TDS 'Rev:00/December 2022'. Cure for 10 minutes at 200°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
‘Promag’. Factory applied, black coloured PUR coating system comprising of a primer and topcoat. ‘Promag Primer’ is a two-part primer to be mixed in a 1:2 mass ratio before applying as per manufacturer’s core instructions ‘TLB: 10000043811’, ‘Version: M’. Cure/dry for 2 hours@23°C. ‘Promag Topcoat’ is a three-part topcoat to be mixed in a 92.59:5.19:2.22 mass ratio before applying as per manufacturer’s core instructions ‘TLB: 10000043811’, ‘Version: M’. Cure/dry for 20 seconds@20-26°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Purtop 1000 N'. Factory applied, two component, grey coloured polyurea coating. Mix components A & B in a weight ratio of 1:1 and apply as per manufacturer's TDS '7506-2-2023'. Cure for 48 hours@23°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing, curing & soaking conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix/cure/soak conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'YT425'. Factory applied, grey coloured Portland Cement Mortar. Mix cement, sand and water in a 2:1:0.4 mass ratio and apply as per manufacturer's instructions issue 'AYYT01' dated '2023.3.16'. Cure for 12 hours@55°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Polywarm'. Factory applied, brown coloured enamel powder coating. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions '1024'. Cure for 20 minutes@240°C. For use with water up to 85°C.
'PO 52.5'. Factory applied, grey coloured Portland cement mortar. Mix sand, cement and water in a 2:1:0.25 weight ratio. Cure for 48 hours@25°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
