Cure for 24 hours at 25°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Rhenolub® MK I-RB FDA'. Factory applied, clear epoxy coating. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions 'version 1' dated 28.10.2022. Cure for 30 minutes@140°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Valve Green Powder Coating Pulver 010'. Factory applied, green coloured epoxy resin coating. Apply as per manufacturer's data sheet ‘FR.07.03.18 Rev. 01 08.03.2021', issued '30.03.2022'. Cure for 10 minutes@160°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'181019 Epoxy Phenolic RAL 5012'. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy phenolic powder coating. Mix and apply as per manufacturer's instructions issued '15.01.2023'. Cure for 10 minutes at 200°C. For use with water up to 55°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'SPL Gold Sulphate Resisting Portland Cement'. Factory applied, grey coloured Sulphate Resisting Portland Cement. Mix cement, sand and water in a 1.0:1.4:0.35 mass ratio and apply as per manufacturer's work instructions document code 'WI/SP/FINC&B/02', issue '06'. Cure for 24 hours at 27°C & 70% RH. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Endoprene 888.55'. Factory applied, two-component, beige coloured polyurethane coating. Mix and apply as per manufacturer's Data Sheet 'Doc. 089' dated '01/07/2011'. Cure for 8 days@20°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Art-Coat'. Factory applied, colourless (transparent) PTFE based surface treatment coating. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions 'revision 3' dated 16-03-2020. Cure for 45 minutes@55-60°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
`RVK JDP01`. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy coating. Apply and cure as per manufacturer's technical information document reference 'RVK-PRD-DI-002, issue #1' dated 2017. For use with water up to 85°C.
'EBONITA AL'. Factory applied, blue coloured hard rubber coating. Apply adhesives and coating in accordance with manufacturer's Technical Data Sheet dated 1st September 2022. Cure for 8 hours@140°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Lak Series 2000 - Fusion Bonded Epoxy’. Factory applied, epoxy powder coatings available in the following colours: Code 25-1113: Description RAL5005 Blue Signal R.C. (dark blue coloured). Code 25-1117: Description RAL5015 Blue Sky R.C. (light blue coloured). Code 29-1116: Description RAL9005 Black Jet R.C. (black coloured). Apply as per manufacturer's technical information 'Rev.2,1 Q1 - 2021'. Cure for 10 minutes@180°C. For use with water up to 85°C. ‘Series 2000 – Fusion Bonded Epoxy’. Factory applied, epoxy powder coatings available in the following colours: Code 29-0008: Description RAL9005 Black Deep FBE. Code 25-0084: Description RAL5015 Blue Sky. Code 25-1110: Description RAL5005 Blue Signal. Code 23-0004: Description Red Oxide Primer. Code 25-1160: Description SABSF29 NCS Blue Cornf. Apply as per manufacturer's technical information 'Rev.2,1 Q1 - 2021'. Cure for 10 minutes at 180°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'Plascoat PPA571 Aqua Blue 536'. Factory applied, blue coloured PE coating. Apply by flock spray coating and fluidised bed dipping (and post-cure as necessary) in accordance with TDS dated 23/02/2015. Please refer to ‘guide to typical coating conditions – batch operation'. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. Mix base & catalyst in a 3:1 volume ratio and apply as per user instructions 'SPL/R&D/TTD/UI/006', 'version 01', dated '03.11.2022'.. Cure for 7 days@30°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'DICOAT 60EX'. Factory applied, two-component, blue coloured epoxy coating. Mix base & catalyst in a 3:1 volume ratio and apply as per user instructions 'SPL/R&D/TTD/UI/007', 'version 01', dated '03.11.2022'. Cure for 7 days@30°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'EPOGUARD APC 301'. Factory applied, two-component, red coloured epoxy coating. Mix parts A & B in a 3:1 volume ratio and apply as per manufacturer's Technical Data Sheet, 'rev.01', dated April 2022. Cure for 7 days@28°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'ECO-Coat FBE Black Powder PFC/5010'. Factory applied, black coloured epoxy coating. Apply as per manufacturer's IFU 'Doc/PFC/710', revision 1, for 3 minutes at a metal temperature of @220°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the application conditions that appear on the approval. If the application conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'PROTECSOB BEC3'. Factory applied, mustard coloured (once mixed), two-component epoxy coating. Mix parts A & B in a 3:1 volume ratio and apply as per manufacturer's TDS reference '28712'. Cure for 15 hours@70°C. For use with water up to 70°C. From December 2023 the coating is for use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
‘FLOGUL® 656 Bleu 5005’. Factory applied, blue coloured VOC paint. Apply as per manufacturer’s TDS dated ‘06/04/2022’. Cure for 7 days@20°C. For use with water up to 60°C.
‘R-4401, E-44131, E-4413, E-4414, E-4420, E440001, E441001, E440002, E441002, E-5402, E-5403, E-5404, E540001. E541001, E540002, E540003, E541003 & E440007’. Factory applied, grey-blue coloured enamel coatings. Apply as per manufacturer’s instructions ‘issue 02/2016’ dated 05.10.2016. Cure for 6 minutes@840°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Apcoguard SF156'. Factory applied, grey coloured, two-component solvent-free epoxy coating. Mix base and hardener in a 3:1 volume ratio and apply as per manufacturer's Application Guidelines 'APPPG/SF156/001', dated 'Aug-2017'. Cure for 7 days@25°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
