Back To Directory Sections'Kopatch PC300'. Factory applied, blue coloured, two-component epoxy coating. Mix part A (blue coloured liquid) and part B (colourless liquid) in a 5:1 mass ratio. Cure for 7 days@25°C. For use with water up to 23°C.
'Birla SRPC - Electrocement'. Factory applied, grey coloured, cement mortar. Mix cement, sand & water in a mass ratio of 0.6:1.0:0.22. Cure for 24 hours@27°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing & curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Electrocement CEM1-SR3 - Dalmia SRPC'. Factory applied, grey coloured sulphate resisting Portland cement mortar. Mix cement, sand and water in a mass ratio of 0.6:1.0:0.22. Cure for 4 days at 26°C, and then at 32°C for a further 24 days OR 24 hours@27°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Eurokote® 720 ES Bleu 5005'. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy powder coating. Apply as per manufacturer's technical data sheet dated '01/04/2019'. Cure for 2 minutes@200°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'NT-JW Standard Type'. Factory applied, grey coloured, two-component epoxy resin coating. Mix base and hardener in an 85:15 mass ratio and apply as per manufacturer's instructions. Cure for 18 hours@20°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
'NT-JW Low Temperature Type'. Factory applied, grey coloured, two-component epoxy resin coating. Mix base and hardener in an 85:15 mass ratio and apply as per manufacturer's instructions. Cure for 17 hours@10°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Kubotaseal BM'. Factory applied, black coloured asphaltic bituminous coating. Apply as per manufacturer's PDS reference `11004T-1.4' dated Feb, 20, 2020. Cure 6 hours@20°C. For use with water up to 60°C. Materials listed in this section are not approved for use for contact with water that is required to be wholesome on large water retaining structures such as lining of pipes, cisterns or water storage tanks. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'SC3 Blue PTFE Coating'. Blue coloured, factory applied, PTFE coating intended to coat 'O' rings. Apply and cure as per manufacturer's instructions 'LDAP-007 issue 1' dated 11/02/2020. For use with water up to 85°C.
'Polyflon PTFE TC-7808-19 Grey PTFE Coating'. Factory applied, grey coloured PTFE coating. Apply as per manufacturer's technical data sheet dated 'June 8, 2012'. Cure for 20 minutes@380°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'ET-52184 & ET-52185'. Factory applied, grey coloured water-based silicone coating comprising of an under-coat (ET-52184) and finishing coat (ET-52185). Apply as per manufacturer's instructions 'V8.2' issued January 2019. Cure for 10 minutes@25°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
