'PO 42.5R'. Factory applied, grey coloured Portland cement mortar. Mix sand, cement and water in a 2:1:0.25 weight ratio. Cure for 48 hours@25°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'Luberpox-2K-DS-Lackfarbe IV805X3/IW 80'. Factory applied, blue coloured, two-component epoxy coating comprising of a base and hardener. Mix base and hardener in a 5:1 weight ratio. Cure for 7 days@23°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.

'Abcite 1060 DW Blue & Abcite X60 DW Blue'. Factory applied, blue coloured thermoplastic powder coatings applied by dipping in a fluidised bed. Pre-heat substrate the coating is to be applied to for 12 minutes@280°C. Post-heat for 5 minutes@160°C. For use with water up to 23°C. These materials are only approved for the pre-heat and post-heat conditions that appear on the approval. If the pre-heat and/or post-heat conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Endolac® 245.10'. Factory applied, black coloured bituminous paint. Apply as per manufacturer's data sheet 'Version dated 05/09/2013'. Cure for 7 days at 20°C. For use with water up to 50°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'Kopatch PC300'. Factory applied, blue coloured, two-component epoxy coating. Mix part A (blue coloured liquid) and part B (colourless liquid) in a 5:1 mass ratio. Cure for 7 days@25°C. For use with water up to 23°C.
'Birla SRPC - Electrocement'. Factory applied, grey coloured, cement mortar. Mix cement, sand & water in a mass ratio of 0.6:1.0:0.22. Cure for 24 hours@27°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing & curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Electrocement CEM1-SR3 - Dalmia SRPC'. Factory applied, grey coloured sulphate resisting Portland cement mortar. Mix cement, sand and water in a mass ratio of 0.6:1.0:0.22. Cure for 4 days at 26°C, and then at 32°C for a further 24 days OR 24 hours@27°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Eurokote® 720 ES Bleu 5005'. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy powder coating. Apply as per manufacturer's technical data sheet dated '01/04/2019'. Cure for 2 minutes@200°C. 'NT-JW Standard Type'. Factory applied, grey coloured, two-component epoxy resin coating. Mix base and hardener in an 85:15 mass ratio and apply as per manufacturer's instructions. 'NT-JW Low Temperature Type'. Factory applied, grey coloured, two-component epoxy resin coating. Mix base and hardener in an 85:15 mass ratio and apply as per manufacturer's instructions. Cure for 17 hours@10°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'Kubotaseal BM'. Factory applied, black coloured asphaltic bituminous coating. Apply as per manufacturer's PDS reference `11004T-1.4' dated Feb, 20, 2020. Cure 6 hours@20°C. For use with water up to 60°C. Materials listed in this section are not approved for use for contact with water that is required to be wholesome on large water retaining structures such as lining of pipes, cisterns or water storage tanks. 'Polyflon PTFE TC-7808-19 Grey PTFE Coating'. Factory applied, grey coloured PTFE coating. Apply as per manufacturer's technical data sheet dated 'June 8, 2012'. Cure for 20 minutes@380°C. 'ET-52184 & ET-52185'. Factory applied, grey coloured water-based silicone coating comprising of an under-coat (ET-52184) and finishing coat (ET-52185). Apply as per manufacturer's instructions 'V8.2' issued January 2019. Cure for 10 minutes@25°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'Luberpox-2K-DS-Lackfarbe IV80502 / IW 80 (Hardener) Blue Epoxy Coating'. Factory applied, blue coloured, two-component epoxy coating. Mix and apply in accordance with Technical Data Sheet rev. 37 dated 25.05.2020 . Cure for 7 days@23°C. For use with water up to 23°C. 'MORAPOX-WP'. Factory applied, two-part, red coloured epoxy coating comprising of a paint and hardener. Mix paint and hardener in a 2:1 volume ratio. Cure for 7 days@23°C. 'Conpipe Portland Cement Mortar NEN-EN 197-1 CEM II / A-LL 32,5 R'. Factory applied, grey coloured cementitious mortar lining. Mix cement and sand in a 1:1.1 mass ratio. Add water to cement in a mass ratio of 0.3-0.4. Cure for 28 days@20°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing & curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'Conpipe Portland Cement Mortar NEN-EN 197-1 CEM I 42,5 N'. Factory applied, grey coloured cementitious mortar lining. Mix cement and sand in a 1:1.1 mass ratio. Add water to cement in a mass ratio of 0.3-0.4. Cure for 28 days@20°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing & curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'Polyglass VEF'. Factory applied, cream coloured, vinyl ester coating. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions '2/23 A' last reviewed July 2020. Cure for 7 days@21°C. For use with water up to 23°C. 'Excellube G300'. Factory applied, grey coloured PTFE coating. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions 'revision No:1' dated 15/10/2020. Cure for 20 minutes@240°C. For use with water up to 85°C. 'YS-01 Powder Coating'. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy powder coating. Apply as per manufacturer's instruction document 'HJ-Q-SOP-05' dated 2020-1-10. Cure for 10 minutes@200°C. Between 31st March 2022 and 31st May 2026, the cement mortar is suitable for use with water up to 60°C

‘Promag’. Factory applied coating system, black coloured, consisting of two component primer and three component polyurethane top coat. Mix primer in a ratio 2:1 by weight (component A:B), apply and cure for 2 hours at 23°C, then mix topcoat in a ratio 100:5.6:2.4 by weight (component A:B:C) before applying and curing for 20 seconds at 23°C. This approval covers the following manufacturing sites: France and China. For use with water up to 23°C.
'EP-621'. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy powder coating. Apply and cure as per manufacturer's instructions file no: 'TJR-QM-CO-032', 'edition A1' dated '2021-Feb.-26th'. For use with water up to 65°C.
'HEMPADUR 35600 Cream and Red'. Factory applied, cream or red coloured (when mixed), two-component epoxy coatings consisting of a base and curing agent. Mix the base and curing agent in a 14.8:5.2 volume ratio. Cure for 8 days@25°C. For use with water up to 60°C. 'Sheraplex Blue, Black, Green & Silver'. Factory applied, organic resin coating system, consisting of a primer and 'Delta Seal' topcoat (available in blue, black, green and silver colours). Apply one coat of primer (as per instructions: WI.BMC.W02 Issue 2 - February 2005) and cure for 2 and ½ hours at 380°C. Then apply a passivation layer through immersion for 15 minutes at 76-99°C (as per instructions: WI.BMC.W06 Issue 1 August 2004). Apply 1 topcoat of 'Delta Seal' (as per instructions WI.BMC.W01A Issue 2 August 2010) and cure for 20 minutes at 200°C. All are for use with water up to 23°C. 'HEMPADUR 85671 System'. Factory applied epoxy coating system comprising of a pink base coat (50900), light green middle coat (42070), and pink top coat (50900 - water contact). Each coat comprises of a base and curing agent to be mixed in a 8.8:1.2 volume ratio before applying in accordance with manufacturer's PDS dated January 2023. Cure each coat for 7 days@20°C and then 20 hours@40°C. For use with water up to 30°C.
'VPC5009 Potable FBE'. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy powder coating. Pre-heat substrate at 200°C and then apply by dipping in a fluidised bed as per manufacturer's instructions dated 10th January 2019. Cure for 15 minutes@200°C. For use with water up to 23°C. 'TYSN-01'. Factory applied, grey coloured cement. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'Ductan 087'. Factory applied, bright blue coloured, modified PE powder coating. Apply as per manufacturer’s application guidance document ‘issue 1’, dated 3rd August 2018. No curing is required. For use with water up to 60°C.

'AYYTCM-01'. Factory applied, grey coloured cement mortar. Mix cement:sand:water in a 1:3.0:0.4 weight ratio and apply as per MSDS '20170508A1'. Luberpox – 2K – DS-Lackfarbe IV80, Wilo Grün nach Muster/IW80 Hardener (green coloured) & Luberpox – 2K – DS-Lackfarbe IV80, RAL 9011 Graphitschwarz/IW80 Hardener (black coloured).
