Back To Directory Sections‘Vend Hose HYT’ is a triple layered, extruded hose consisting of a black coloured thermoplastic inner layer, white coloured PVC middle layer and white coloured PVC outer layer. ‘VendTube HYT’ is a dual layered, extruded tube consisting of a black coloured thermoplastic inner layer and white coloured PVC outer layer. ‘VendHose HYT Si+ Hose` is a Triple layered, extruded hose consisting of a black coloured thermoplastic, elastomeric inner layer (incorporating an antimicrobial additive), a white coloured PVC middle layer and a white coloured PVC outer layer (incorporating an antimicrobial additive). ‘Vend Hose HYT Si Hose’ is a triple layered, extruded hose consisting of a black coloured thermoplastic inner layer(incorporating an antimicrobial additive), white coloured PVC middle layer and white coloured PVC outer layer. ‘VendTube HYT Si Tube’ is a Dual layered, extruded tube consisting of a black coloured thermoplastic, elastomeric inner layer (incorporating an antimicrobial additive) and a white coloured PVC outer layer. ‘VendHose’. Triple layered, extruded hose consisting of an unpigmented LDPE inner layer, unpigmented EVA middle layer and a grey or white coloured EVA outer layer. For use with water up to 85°C.
'LH-02 EPDM Hose'. Black coloured, extruded EPDM rubber hose. Shore hardness 80. tested in-radius size 0.8mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
'Silicone RS7007'. Colourless, translucent, extruded silicone rubber hose. Shore hardness 70. Tested in-radius size 0.6mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
‘PHR Series of hoses consisting of Codeflex Aquavend, Aquachem & Codeflex H2OSE’: Quadruple layered, extruded hoses consisting of a black coloured TPE inner (water contact) layer, white coloured PVC second layer, white coloured, braided PE third layer and white coloured PVC outer layer. For use with water up to 23°C. ‘PH series hose’: Dual layered, extruded hoses consisting of a black coloured TPE inner layer and white coloured PVC outer layer. For use with water up to 85°C.
'Sanibiw Dynamic'. Multi-layered, extruded hoses comprising of an off-white, transparent silicone inner layer, white, opaque PES yarn reinforcement layer and black coloured, silicone outer layer. The inner layer has a tested in-radius size of between 0.4mm & 0.8mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
'4300051 PVC Inner Hose (black coloured) & 4300052 PVC Inner Hose (white coloured). Single layered, extruded PVC hoses. For use with water up to 65°C.
`YT-001`. Single layer, extruded, white coloured PEX hose. For use with water up to 85°C.
'RE971 Natural'. Clear, extruded, single layer TPU hose. For use with water up to 85°C.
'RE971 Red, Blu, White and Grey'. Dual layered, extruded hoses consisting of a clear inner TPU inner layer and red, blue, white or grey coloured TPU outer layer. For use with water up to 85°C.
'Ponente'. Dual layered, extruded hoses consisting of a clear inner TPU inner layer and red, blue, white or grey coloured PVC outer layer. For use with water up to 85°C.
'TBX 500'. Triple layered, extruded hose comprising of a white coloured, translucent TPE inner layer, black coloured PVC middle layer and grey coloured PVC outer layer. For use with water up to 23°C.
'JUSTLINK® JLPEX'. Single layered, off-white (translucent), extruded PEX hose. For use with water up to 60°C.
'Brewmaster 2'. Triple layered extruded tubing with an off-white coloured nylon inner layer, off-white coloured middle tie layer and polyethylene outer layer. The polyethylene outer layer is available in plain off-white, off-white with black stripe, off-white with blue stripe, plain black and plain blue. For use with water up to 23°C.
'CRG S'. Transparent, single layer, extruded polyethylene hose. For use with water up to 85°C.
'XIN-6709-01 hose' manufactured from 'GR-PVC 001N' raw material. Single layered, extruded, black coloured PVC hose. For use with water up to 85°C.
`8601-A`. Extruded, dual layered hose consisting of a clear PE liner and black coloured EPDM outer layer. Shore hardness 85. For use with water up to 85°C.
'Acquablu Hose'. Extruded hose comprising of a white coloured (transparent) polyethylene inner layer, off-white coloured chlorobutyl second layer, rayon reinforcement layer and blue coloured bromobutyl outer later. For use with water up to 60°C.
'WHP-HF-3 EPDM Hose'. Black coloured, extruded EPDM rubber hose. Shore hardness 80. tested in-radius size 0.8mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
'TUCAI WRAS EPDM hose'. Black coloured, extruded EPDM hose. Shore hardness 80. Tested in-radius size 0.68mm. For use with water up to 70°C.
'AXIL-76/T-MD'. White coloured (translucent), extruded silicone rubber hose. Shore hardness 80. Tested in-radius size between 0.75mm & 2.1mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
'Mandals Aquaman A'. Extruded, triple layered hose consisting of a blue coloured, TPU inner & outer layer and a white coloured polyester middle layer. For use with water up to 23°C.
'SANIBIW WB-R Reinforced Multilayer Hoses' and ‘SANIBIW WB-R Hose’. 'SANIBIW WB-R Reinforced Multilayer Hoses' are dual layered, extruded hoses, consisting of an off-white translucent (natural) silicone rubber inner layer and VMQ silicone rubber (with PES reinforcement) outer layer. The outer layer is available in black, red/brown, white or silver colours. Shore hardness 70. The inner and outer layers each have a tested in-radius size of 1.1mm. ‘SANIBIW WB-R Hose’ is a single layered, translucent (natural), extruded silicone rubber hose with PES reinforcement. Shore hardness 70. Tested in-radius size of 2.0mm. All hoses are for use with water up to 85°C.
'SANIBIW WB Hose’. Single layered, uncoloured & translucent (natural), extruded silicone rubber hose. Shore hardness 70. Tested in-radius size of 2.0mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
'TPU inner hose (YOUSHI/3017)'. Transparent, colourless, extruded TPU hose. For use with water up to 85°C.
'YT-002 (natural) & YT-003 (black)'. Extruded, natural (colourless) or black coloured PVC hoses. For use with water up to 65°C.
'Eschbach Aquadur Reinforced Hose'. Blue coloured, extruded polyurethane hose with a white coloured, fibre reinforcement layer. For use with water up to 23°C.
'RAUAQUA PE'. Off-white coloured (translucent), extruded cross-linked polyethylene hose. For use with water up to 70°C.
‘SEA2001’ (manufactured in Italy, Poland & Turkey). Dual layer, extruded, composite hoses. Hoses with a black coloured inner layer and either a red or blue coloured outer layer are suitable for use with water up to 60°C. Hoses with a straw coloured, translucent inner and outer layer are suitable for use with water up to 60°C. Hoses with a black coloured inner layer and either a white or grey coloured outer layer are suitable for use with water up to 23°C. From January 2023 hoses with a black coloured inner layer and either a white or grey coloured outer layer are suitable for use with water up to 60°C.
'Aquaflex'. Extruded, dual layered hose with an off-white, translucent, polyurethane inner layer and blue NBR rubber outer layer. For use with water up to 23°C.
'YD-PEX' hose. Natural (white coloured), single layered PEX hose. For use with water up to 85°C.
'420 OE UHMWPE'. Multi-layered (7 layers), Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene hose manufactured by wrapping on a mandrel. The inner layer is white coloured polyethylene, and the outer layer is blue coloured rubber. For use with water up to 23°C.
'509 OE/UHMWPE' hose, manufactured by mandrel wrapping and vulcanisation. Multi-layered hose comprising of a clear PE inner layer, blue coloured EPDM second layer, white coloured reinforcement third layer, blue coloured EPDM fourth layer, grey coloured helix wire fifth layer and blue coloured EPDM outer layer. For use with water up to 23°C.
`TUB05`. Extruded, dual layered hose consisting of a clear PE liner and black coloured EPDM outer layer. Shore hardness 85. For use with water up to 85°C.
'TUB03 PVC Inner Hose (black coloured) & TUB04 PVC Inner Hose (white coloured)'. Single layered, extruded PVC hoses. For use with water up to 65°C.
'Tricovend'. Triple layered, extruded hose consisting of a black coloured thermoplastic elastomeric inner layer and white coloured, opaque PVC middle and outer layers. For use with water up to 85°C.
'SL6015 Silicone Hose'. White coloured (translucent), extruded silicone hose. Shore hardness 60. Tested in-radius size 0.5mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
‘PureOne hose’ (formerly known as ‘Clearwater hose’). Multi-layered hose manufactured on a mandrill by hand, consisting of a colourless, transparent PE inner layer and a blue coloured EPDM outer layer. Please note that the hose has many layers but the approval describes only the inner and outer layers. For use with water up to 50°C.
'ILPEA 70-90 EPDM HOSE WRAS AF'. Black coloured, extruded EPDM hose. Shore hardness 80. Tested in-radius size 1.3mm. For use with water up to 23°C.
'TUSIL® ACQUA HT & TUSIL® ACQUA'. Multi-layered hoses comprising of a white coloured, silicone rubber inner layer, white coloured silicone rubber/polyester middle layer and blue coloured outer layer. The hose is made by vulcanisation on rigid mandrel. For use with water up to 85°C.
'JL- ML-G PVC (gold outer), JL- ML-B PVC (black outer) & JL- ML-W PVC (white outer)'. Extruded, multi-layered hoses comprising of a black coloured PVC inner, white coloured fibre layer and either gold, black or white coloured PVC outer layer. Hose 'JL- ML-G PVC' has an additional third layer which is black coloured (translucent) and a transparent, colourless outer layer (so hose appears gold). For use with water up to 85°C.
'Viega Smartloop PE-Xc Monolayer Pipe'. Black coloured, extruded PE-Xc pipe. For use with water up to 70°C.
'IDCEPSD'. Black coloured, extruded EPDM hose. Shore hardness 75. Tested in-radius 0.8mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
'DM2506 Hose'. White coloured (translucent), extruded silicone rubber hose. Shore hardness 70. Tested in-radius size 2.28mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
'A001 (natural) & A002 (black)'. Extruded, natural (colourless) or black coloured PVC hoses. For use with water up to 65°C.
'SIL70W01 hoses'. White coloured (translucent), extruded silicone hoses with a shore hardness of 70. Tested in-radius sizes between 0.25 and 2.0mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
‘Multitubo’ multi-layered pipe. Extruded, triple layered pipe consisting of a white coloured, translucent PE-RT inner layer, aluminium middle layer and white coloured, opaque PE-RT outer layer. For use with water up to 85°C.
'Biohose'. Extruded, multi-layered hose comprising of a green PE inner layer, transparent EVA middle layer and white EVA outer layer. For use with water up to 23°C.
'HDPE2300XM hose'. Off-white coloured (semi-translucent), extruded PEX-b hose. For use with water up to 85°C.
'Drincable'. Blue coloured, extruded, EPDM rubber electrical cable. Shore hardness 50. Tested in-radius size 0.90mm. For use with water up to 23°C. This approval is for complete cable, the blue coloured outer part being the water contact layer.
