‘Belzona 1111 (Super Metal)’. Site applied, two-component, grey coloured (when mixed) epoxy coating comprising of a base (dark grey coloured) and solidifer (light grey coloured). Mix, apply and cure (cure according to ‘immersion in chemicals’) as per manufacturer's instructions for use `publication no. 10-08-19’. For use with water up to 23°C.
'Interline 925P Light Grey'. Site applied applied, two-component, grey coloured (once mixed) epoxy coating comprising of Part A (grey coloured, opaque paint) and Part B (brown coloured, translucent liquid). Mix Parts A and B in a 4.93:1 mass ratio. Cure for 7 days@30°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'Interline 925 White with Ceilcote 680M Primer'. Site applied, white coloured (once mixed), two-component epoxy coating comprising of a two-component primer and two-component top-coat. The primer (Ceilcote 680M) comprises of Part A (uncoloured liquid) and Part B (uncoloured liquid). Mix Parts A and B in a 3:1 volume ratio. Cure for 10 days@30°C. The top-coat (Interline 925 White) comprises of Part A (white coloured, opaque paint) and Part B (white coloured, opaque paste). Mix Parts A and B in a 4.99:1 mass ratio. Cure for 7 days@30°C. 'Brushbond FLXIII'. Site applied, grey coloured, two-part elastomeric/cementitious coating. Mix and apply in accordance with manufacturer's instructions 'v10' dated October 2020. Cure coat 1 for 18 hours@7°C. Cure coat 2 for 21 days@7°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'Acrylatik'. Site applied, Acrylate primers available in white, red, blue and black colours. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions 'Appendix No. 1, TU 2316-002-92 872914-2016' dated '11.02.2016'. Cure for 20 minutes@20°C and then 20 minutes@90°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'Belzona 5811DW2 (grey)'. Grey coloured, site applied, two-component epoxy coating. Mix Part A (grey, opaque glossy paste) with Part B (orange, transparent liquid) in a 4:1 mass ratio. Cure for 4 days@30°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Belzona 1212'. Grey coloured, site applied, two-component epoxy coating. Mix Part A (black, opaque paste) with Part B (metallic grey, opaque paste) in a 5:6 weight ratio. Cure for 16 hours@30°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'Belzona 1331'. Grey coloured, site applied, two-component epoxy coating. There are two ways the coating may be prepared: First coat: Mix Belzona 1331 (white, opaque paste) parts A & B in a weight ratio of 2.2:1, apply and then cure for 2 days@30°C then apply: Second coat: Mix Belzona 1331 (grey, opaque paste) parts A & B in a weight ratio of 2.2:1, apply and then cure for 2 days@30°C. OR: First coat: Mix Belzona 1331 (white, opaque paste) parts A & B in a weight ratio of 2.2:1, apply and then cure for 14 days@10°C then apply: Second coat: Mix Belzona 1331 (grey, opaque paste) parts A & B in a weight ratio of 2.2:1, apply and then cure for 14 days@10°C. `Vandex Unimotar 1`. Site applied, grey coloured, two part cementitious coating. Mix Part A (grey powder) with Part B (water) in a weight ratio of 25:3. Cure for 21 days@7°C. `Belzona 1321`. Site applied, two-part, epoxy amine coating available in grey or blue colours. Mix base and hardener in a 11:1 mass ratio. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'Interline 925 White'. Site applied, two-component, white coloured epoxy coating. Mix part A (off-white white coloured liquid) and part B (off-white coloured liquid) in a volume ratio of 3:1 and apply as per manufacturer's instructions ref. '2252', issue date 17/12/2020. Cure for 7 days@25°C. Between January 2022 and August 2022, the coating was for use with water up to 23°C. Between September 2022 and January 2027, the coating is for use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'Nitocote CM210 '. Site applied, grey coloured, two-component cementitious coating comprising of Nitocote CM210 White (base coat) and Nitocote CM210 grey (top-coat). 'Nitocote CM210 White' (base coat) consists of Part A (white coloured powder) and Part B (white coloured liquid) to be mixed in a mass ratio of 100:27.7. Cure for 4 hours@20°C. 'Nitocote CM210 grey' (top-coat) consists of Part A (grey coloured powder) and Part B (white coloured liquid) to be mixed in a mass ratio of 100:27.7. Cure for 8 days@7°C. 'Vandex Super'. Site applied, two-component, grey coloured (once mixed) cementitious coating. Mix cement powder with water in a weight ratio of 5:2. Apply as per manufacturer's Instructions for Use '2nd issue', dated '18.11.2020'. Cure for 21 days@7°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. ‘MasterSeal P 770 Primer, MasterSeal M 808 Grey, and MasterSeal M 808 Light Grey’. Site applied coating system, which is light grey coloured (once mixed and applied), comprising of a primer and polyurethane coatings. Coat 1 primer: Mix parts A & B of ‘MasterSeal P 770 Primer’ in a weight ratio of 2.2:2.8. Apply as per manufacturer’s TDS ‘version No. 1’, dated ‘June 2021’. Cure for 24 hours@7°C. Coat 2 (coating): Mix parts A & B of ‘MasterSeal M 808 Grey’, dark grey coloured (once mixed) polyurethane coating in a weight ratio of 3.3:1.7. Apply as per manufacturer’s instructions ‘version No. 1’, dated ‘October 2020’. Cure for 6 hours@7°C. Coat 3 (water contact coating): Mix parts A & B of ‘MasterSeal M 808 Light Grey’ polyurethane coating in a weight ratio of 3.3:1.7. Apply as per manufacturer’s instructions ‘version No. 1’, dated ‘October 2020’. Cure for 7 days@7°C. When applying the coating system to GRP there is no need to apply a primer. Mix, apply and cure ‘MasterSeal M 808 Grey’ and then mix, apply and cure ‘MasterSeal M 808 Light Grey’ (water contact layer) as detailed above. For use with water up to 23°C.
'Resichem 507 DWPU Blue & Grey'. Site applied, two-component polyurethane coatings which are available in blue or grey colours (once mixed). Mix Part A (blue or grey opaque liquid) with Part B (amber, translucent liquid) in a 100:30.5 weight ratio and apply as per manufacturer's technical data sheet 'TDS507DWPU.rv4.09062022'. Cure for 14 days@7°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'Belzona 1511 (Super HT – Metal)'. Site applied, two-component, silver/grey coloured (once mixed) epoxy coating. Mix parts A and B in a 5:1 mass ratio and apply as per manufacturer's instructions for use 'FN10178', publication number '07-06-21'. Cure for 18 hours@20°C then post-cure for 1 hour@100°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'ePIPE® UK'. Site applied, red-brown coloured, two-part epoxy based coating consisting of a based and activator. Mix base and activator in a 2:1 mass ratio and apply as per manufacturer's IFU issue '009', dated March 23, 2011. Air-cure for 60 minutes@25°C and then immerse in a water bath at 60°C for 60 minutes. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'Eurokote 480 FC'. Site applied, red coloured (once mixed), two part epoxy coating consisting of a resin and hardener. Mix, apply and cure (fully dry) in accordance with manufacturer's technical data sheet dated 23/09/2021. For use with water up to 23°C.
'UPS 505 WAU Blue & Grey'. Site applied, two-component polyurethane coatings which are available in blue or grey colours (once mixed). Mix Part A (blue or grey opaque liquid) with Part B (amber, translucent liquid) in a 100:30.5 weight ratio and apply as per manufacturer's technical data sheet ‘TDS – UPS505WAU - Version 6 – August 2022'. Cure for 14 days@7°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'Belzona 5892'. Site applied, epoxy coating consisting of Belzona 5892 (white – Parts A & B) & Belzona 5892 (grey – Parts A & B). Belzona 5892 (white – Parts A & B) are mixed in a weight ratio of 5.7:1 and then applied as a first coat (no cure) in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions for use ‘FN10106’, publication number ’04-11-20(01)’. Belzona 5892 (grey – Parts A & B) are mixed in a weight ratio of 5.7:1 and then applied to the white in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions for use ‘FN10106’, publication number ’04-11-20(01)’. This approval is valid only for the material when it is applied by experienced, suitably trained applicators that are authorized and/or certified by Krypton Chemical, S.L. The authorization, training and certification of the local applicators are the responsibility of Krypton Chemical, S.L. and not the responsibility of WRAS.
'Interline 925 Cream'. Site applied, cream coloured, two-component, solvent free epoxy coating. Mix part A (white liquid) with part B (yellow liquid) in a volume ratio of 3:1 and apply as per manufacturer’s TDS ref. ‘2252’ dated 17/12/2020. Cure for 7 days@25°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'Sikalastic 840 ES'. Site applied, blue coloured, two-component polyurea coating consisting of Component A, Component B and Component C (Pigment Paste). Mix & apply as per manufacturers datasheet dated 16/05/2022. For use with water up to 60°C. This approval is valid only for the material when it is applied by experienced, suitably trained applicators that are authorized and/or certified by Sika UAE L.L.C The authorization, training and certification of the local applicators are the responsibility of Sika UAE L.L.C and not the responsibility of WRAS.
'Fosroc® Polyurea WPW'. Site applied, blue coloured, two-component polyurea coating consisting of Component A (blue coloured) & Component B. Mix & apply as per manufacturers datasheet dated September 2022. For use with water up to 60°C. This approval is valid only for the material when it is applied by experienced, suitably trained applicators that are authorized and/or certified by Fosroc International. The authorization, training and certification of the local applicators are the responsibility of Fosroc International and not the responsibility of WRAS.
‘Belzona 1341 available in Blue & Grey’. Site applied, two-component epoxy coatings consisting of a base and solidifier. Mix and apply as per manufacturer’s instructions for use ‘FN10139’, publication no. ’07-03-19’. Cure coat 1 for 4 hours at a temperature of between 10°C and 30°C. Cure coat 2 as per in accordance with ‘full mechanical loading or water in manufacturer’s instructions for use ‘FN10139’, publication no. ’07-03-19’. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'CPT CML Variation No.2 cementitious mortar’ for use with ‘Conplast RP264 Admixture'. Site applied, grey coloured (once mixed) cementitious mortar and admixture. 'CPT CML Variation No.2 cementitious mortar’ comprises of cement, sand and Microsilica. Mix cement and sand dry in a 1:1.1 mass ratio. Add the microsilica in a 1:0.05 mass ratio with the cement content. Add water in a cement/water mass ratio of 1:0.32. Add the admixture in an admixture/ cement ratio of 8ml:1000g. Mix rigorously until an even consistency is achieved and apply as per manufacturer’s instructions reference ‘2328’, dated 13/01/2023. Cure for 28 days@ between 10°C and 35°C. 'A/W AQUA (A) Epoxy 100'. Site applied, pale straw coloured epoxy/linseed oil waterproof coating. Apply as per manufacturer's Technical Document 'FSQP-707-05' dated '2021.01.04'. Cure for 6 hours under UV light (wavelength 365μm) at a distance of 150mm. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. ‘MasterProtect® 180’. Site applied, grey coloured, two-component epoxy coating consisting of Part A (grey coloured liquid) and Part B (colourless liquid). Mix Part A & Part B of Acothane DW Blue/Grey in a weight ratio of 100:31, apply as per TDS ‘06ADW’, issue ‘2’, dated December 2022 and then cure for 7 days@3°C. For use with water up to 23°C. Mix parts A & B of each coat in a 100:13 weight ratio and apply in accordance with Fosroc data sheet issue 7 (CI/SfB: Pn6) dated November 2013. Cure coat 1 for 18 hours@7°C. This approval is valid only for the material when it is applied by experienced, suitably trained applicators that are authorized and/or certified by Euclid Chemical Toxement. 'Geospray'. Site applied, grey coloured, geopolymer cementitious material. Mix 300g of powder with 60ml water and apply as per manufacturer's instructions 'V: 09.06.2022'. Cure for 96 hours@3°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
